ARE YOUR REACHING FOR THE STARS?
The primary goal of the Dream Of Destiny 5 Star Initiative is to encourage, connect, and collaborate with churches, Bible Colleges, and para-church ministries (i.e. church plant organizations) to accomplish two things:
- To raise up, mentor and position more pastors and ministry leaders in our local churches, and ministries that reflect the diverse landscape of believers worldwide.
- To foster more diversity within the local churches, Bible Colleges, and para-church ministries by being more intentional in how we connect our networks, collaborate with one another, and grow our organizations and ministries.
This initiative is created to offer 5 clear and common actions that have been identified in ministries that have been able to organically foster diversity within their leadership on through the body of believers they serve. These actions are humbly offered as ways that we can ALL consistently and intentionally celebrate the diverse landscape of believers worldwide within our local church, colleges, and ministries.
Here’s The Collective Goal:
We hope to get at least 500 ministries by 2011 to reach 5 stars on a regular basis, and encourage their affiliates, and satellite campuses to do the same.
