Desmond Tutu on Leadership!

Not too long ago I came across this short video of Desmond Tutu answering the question, “What makes a great leader?” What I found most interesting was not just what he said, but how he said it. His voice sounded pleasant but heavy, unhurried by the pressures of time or expectation. It sounded weathered, where the pauses marked thoughtful contemplation giving care to each word as he crafted his answer. What he said was not that profound, yet it was very believable, and wise!

Desmond Tutu marked sacrificial, servitude as the most important characteristic of great leaders.
